Matthew is a total and complete professional! He showed up the same day that I called to fix my dishwasher and got right down to business. He is very knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs.

Of course our fridge died on a very warm day. I called Appliance Techs on the recommendation of my son-in-law. My call was returned very quickly and Matt was able to respond to the house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary replacement part. Unfortunately it would be a few days before the part arrived, but Matt was able to get our refrigerator running very quickly. Great service, professional repair, and reasonable prices.

Matt called me back within about 5 minutes, watched the video I sent, and assessed instantly that the cost to fix my washer would exceed the cost of a new one. He could have charged me a service fee just to drive here and tell me the same thing. Kudos to Matt for being one of the good guys.

Our gas dryer was not drying clothes and I called mathew around 2 pm today. He showed up by 5:20 pm and it was all fixed within an hour with replacement parts for gas valves he had in his truck. Excellent and very reasonable price.

Honest solid work done! Matt is knowledgable and helpful and community oriented. He responded quickly to my request for service and made time to come out in a couple hours after a long day! Successful repair!
