The best-described job is a September 2022 Google review of front brick stairs that the crew totally rebuilt within 3 days, working all day; the customer said Martin explained everything that needed to be done and the price was reasonable. In an October 2022 review, a customer wrote that Jason had replaced their whole roof around 5 years earlier and came back for a much smaller job, putting something in place to stop seagulls nesting. A February 2023 Angi customer said the team gave an estimate for a wall problem, agreed a fair price, and was fast, clean and never late; another that month praised John for doing more research than his competitors, and a third wrote that they guarantee their workmanship for 15 years. The complaints are specific. In an August 2024 Angi review, a customer said the concrete color was not uniform, the patches over the cracks did not match the original concrete and looked bad, and more cracks have since developed. In August 2023, a Google reviewer described calling about work, being told nobody could come look for an estimate for 4-5 months, then hearing a man in the background say "cut her off we don't do that" before the call was hung up.
