In February 2020 a homeowner described the sewer pipe running under the basement rotting out; once the plumbers were done, Andrew's crew redid the entire basement — a sports room built to look like Fenway Park, and a laundry room. Smaller work shows up too: in January 2025 a Google reviewer hired Drew Cronin to fix rotting trim on a door and window, called him prompt, communicative and polite, said he took the time to explain everything clearly, and had the job finished in one day. The written record runs 2020 to 2025 — five accounts spread across Google and BuildZoom, four of which describe work finished on time or inside a day. For a roof replacement, siding, or exterior repairs, this is a straightforward call. For a bigger build like that 2020 basement, ask who pulls the permit and get the scope in writing before the crew starts.
I hired Drew Cronin to fix the rotting trim on my door and window, and I’m very happy with the results. He was prompt, communicative, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The job was completed in just one day, and the quality of work speaks for itself. While his quote was a bit higher than others I received, the good recommendation I heard about him made me feel confident in my choice—and he definitely lived up to it. Quality and timely work at an affordable price with Cronin Construction. Andrew and his crew replaced my roof and did some siding work as well. I had 3 other significantly higher quotes that made Andrew's estimate a no brainer. The materials were more than adequate, his crew showed up early in the day and got everything done just before dinner time the same day. They work hard, take pride in their work and care about your home. Upon completion they did a thorough sweep of the property picking up nails and any debris. Then Andrew went above and beyond and even came back to the house the next day to do another sweep of the property for debris. Cronin Construction came highly recommended by a trusted family member, I would recommend and have already referred other friends and family to Cronin Construction. I write this review months after the work was completed. As someone who also works in skilled trades, I appreciate the workmanship and have no doubt the work done will continue to hold up over time.
Andrew’s crew replaced my roof in one day. The quality and workmanship of my roof repair was awesome. I was not only pleased with the awesome work that was performed but I was more than pleased with the repair quote he had given me. Andrews quote was the 3rd quote out of 3 quotes I had searched for and Andrews was the lowest quote out of three. We had a major loss in our basement, the sewer pipe that went across under ground rotted out. After the plumbers finished Andrew brought in his crew and redid our entire basement a sports room for my husband (that looks like Fenway Park) and a amazing laundry room for me. As we moved along we made a lot of changes and Andrews attitude was NO PROBLEM, very clean work and detailed. All I can say is that I felt like the property brothers here. Its like a dream come true.
