“Snake/fix clogs on my grey line, Arc-O-Rooter.”
We had an urgent and unfortunate need for Alan's services and he came out and solved our drainage block issue within an hour. He clearly explained the potential issues, solutions, and immediately got to work. Alan was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly respectful. He also explained some issues with my plumbing which I can now address to ensure this issue doesn't happen again. I'm incredibly grateful for his services and his ability to quickly and professionally solve our issue.
Alan came out on Thursday and snaked 4 times. He got through blockage but each time it closed. He returned the next day with a water pressurized nozzle and was able to blast it into tank. I was so grateful. Between the septic and well problems due the heavy short lived rains, it was tough. Now septic is accepting water and flushes! You don’t know what you got til it’s gone! Good family company to work with and explain the procedures and next steps! Highly recommend.
We had a clog backing up and coming out of the shower and toilet in one of our bathrooms. Alan came to our house super fast and was able to clean out the drain all the way through to the septic in short order. Highly recommended.
Left msg one hour before closing on Friday; called me back after closing and put me on list for Saturday (great that they have Saturday hours so didn’t have to wait until Monday and not paying extra). Rick was great! Quick, efficient and got my kitchen sink unclogged. Arc-O-Rooter came highly recommended by our regular plumber who was unable to get to clog (way down in pipe so needed to be snaked). Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend
Alan was so professional, timely and thorough. He saved a family reunion from being a real mess with a clogged kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and shared some really great practices to avoid problems in the future. Thank you Alan!
