We had a water heater issue at our house near Candlewood Lake and needed someone who could come out without dragging it into a three-day ordeal. They checked the unit, explained what failed, and got the hot water running again the same day. I liked that they were straight with us about repair versus replacement instead of pushing the expensive option right away. The work area was clean when they left, and everything has been working normally since. Really solid experience.
Great customer service and affordable pricing. Plumbers were professional. Thank you
We had a plumbing problem at our house near the Mill Plain area and Danbury Plumbers did a really good job getting everything under control. The kitchen sink had started draining slower and slower, then one morning it backed up completely while we were trying to get ready for the day. Their plumber came in with a calm attitude, checked the trap, the drain line, and the connection under the sink, then explained that the blockage was deeper than what a regular store-bought cleaner was going to fix. He worked clean, kept the cabinet area protected, and didn’t make the house feel like a construction zone. After clearing the line, he ran the water for a while, checked for leaks, and made sure the sink was draining the way it should before packing up. Fair price, careful work, and no nonsense. I’d definitely call these plumbers again around Danbury.
Great work from Danburg Plumbers at our bathroom sink. Texhnicans repaired the pipe and leak, highly recommend
A small bathroom leak turned into one of those annoying problems I kept putting off, so I finally called SS Plumber. The plumber found the issue near the shutoff valve, took care of the toilet that wouldn’t stop running, and tested everything before packing up. No puddles left behind, no dirt tracked through the house, no overcomplicated explanation. I’d use them again without thinking twice.
