Architectural Builders of Hampstead, Inc.

Simon and his crew did an awesome job on our new home. They were great to work with. Simon often had suggestions about ways to improve the look of our home. He built the house from the ground up. We were very pleased with the final results. Simon was also great in explaining how things worked and getting the work done when he said he would. He was always available to answer any questions we had and walked us through the process as it was our first home built from the ground up. His integrity was outstanding. He did the right thing to deliver a quality finished product. We would highly recommend Simon to anyone interested in working with a great contractor to build a great home! We were fortunate to find Simon and take advantage of his exceptional knowledge of the home building process. He delivered our dream home as promised and when promised.

Simon and his team are true professionals. They are experienced and knowledgeable… always willing to discuss options and consult on the best method of building, material selection and design to deliver quality craftsmanship. We have a newborn and Simon’s team worked to be as least intrusive as possible, flexible with scheduling and accommodating my family when necessary. The guys were neat and clean everyday. The final product was everything we hoped, new decking, siding and structural repair and many detailed finishes such as glass railings and custom under-decking, with PVC columns. They used proper materials for ocean side elements and we will bring Simon and team back for many more upcoming projects.

I would like to write a quick review on some of the many positive and unique characteristics maintained by Architectural Builders of Hampstead throughout the construction of our home. From the very beginning of our project the cooperation and positive attitude towards the work at hand was above and beyond my wildest imagination. The owner of the company (Simon) went out of his way time and again to cater to our needs so that we were extremely happy as the project progressed. The quality of craftmanship was 2nd to none and the determination to do things correctly was unsurpassed. When a change in scope occurred, the Owner was fair and forthright and it was never anything less than a pleasurable experience. My wife and I consider ourselves very, very fortunate to have found such an exceptional company to build our dream home.

Simon and his team of contractors did a superb job. If your looking for a design/build professional that is honest, hard working, cost conscious, you can do no better than Simon/Architectural Builders of Hampstead, Inc. He is totally committed to you and your project. I would highly recommend Architectural Builders of Hampstead, Inc.
