Artic Air Systems is great! We had a new furnace installed before winter and a new A/C compressor installed in the spring. John worked with us to split the project into two phases so we wouldn't have to incur the full cost all at once, which we really appreciated. The service was prompt, and John is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, gave us the facts, and never tried to upsell us. He has checked in with us several times to make sure everything is working well, and it is! We highly recommend Artic Air Systems

I am a 20+ year customer of Arctic Air Systems and I would never consider using someone else for my AC and heating needs. John is one of the best in the business. Over the years John has installed a new AC system in one home and a replacement AC system, replacement gas furnace and 2 ductless heat pump systems in our current home while providing the necessary maintenance. John is honest, prompt, professional and meticulous. Maybe most important of all, he has been very responsive and able to quickly fix any issues we have had with our AC and heating systems over the years. He truly values his customers.
