We used Rearden for a large job at our home and Chris was responsive and involved throughout the process. The technician Andrew is pleasant and knowledgeable. Happy to do business with Reardon.
We have used Reardon HVAC more than once and they never disappoint. Great company to work with. Highly recommended.
Needed a repair to my A/C unit. Scheduled an appointment via text. The technician arrived as scheduled, got straight to work, and the unit was back up and running in no time. Described the issue, told me what to expect going forward, and charged a fair rate. Couldn't have gone smoother.
Great experience with Andrew. On time, efficient, informative. Overall great.
The care of this company is beyond excellent. Andrew came promptly, diagnosed our problem and fixed it. Unfortunately, there was a slight glitch with the thermostat. He returned the next day and remedied the issue. If he needed a part, he was prepared to loan me a portable ac unit. I have pulmonary hypertension and they were kind and helpful at every turn. Wonderful family business.
