Paul is an honest and kind man. He helped us out twice when we were out of the country to fix issues. He came out quickly and the price was more than fair. This past fall he installed two heat pump systems. We are pleased with the systems and again his price was great. We highly recommend Paul for any HVAC work you need done. As a bonus he is a great conversationalist and we trust him in our home. Thank you Paul for all of your hard work.

Recently I had an issue with my a/c unit drain pipe. Paul came and fixed the problem same day. He charges reasonable and affordable Price. Years before he installed 2 a/c units and furnace for us and they are doing great. I strongly recommend Bertone for any HVAC repairs.

My furnace broke down on a Saturday, leaving me without heat during two extremely cold days. Because the necessary parts couldn’t be fully identified until Monday, there wasn’t an immediate fix—but what truly stood out was the level of care and professionalism Paul Bertone showed throughout the entire weekend. He consistently checked in on me, making sure I was okay and informed, and was extremely methodical and thoughtful in his diagnosis rather than rushing to conclusions. When the repair was finally completed, the billing was more than reasonable, especially given the time, effort, and attention he put into the job. He is a true artisan of his trade—skilled, thorough, and honest—and on top of that, just a genuinely nice guy. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I called Paul due to issues with my heating system. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, taking the time to listen and troubleshoot my boiler to figure out what's going on, and then repairing it.. He was very easy to work with and I was very pleased with the service I received. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!
