Mice behind a ceiling, rats near a front garden, and repeated ant problems brought customers to D-Line Pest Services. Its Google rating was 4.8 stars from 24 ratings in August 2026. Customers writing between 2021 and 2025 described Jeff inspecting pest problems, explaining treatment, and returning for further work. In a March 2025 Google review, a customer who hired D-Line for mice activity said Jeff identified a gap between a bathroom exhaust fan and the ceiling on his first visit. On the second, he sealed it and placed rat packs. The customer also said he assessed the building's perimeter and pointed out areas where pest control could be improved. A July 2024 reviewer described calling the company several times for mice, black ants, and carpenter ants, praising its promptness. In June 2023, another customer said Jeff had handled hornet and wasp spraying, then carpenter ant extermination, and had been responsive and on time on both occasions. An April 2023 reviewer described a rat infestation after months of noises in the walls and the appearance of burrows in the front garden. They said Jeff came the same day, explained what to do, and followed up the next day and over the following weeks. The customer reported that the infestation was resolved. In a November 2022 review, a homeowner described Jeff treating a mouse problem while nobody was home, identifying entry points and giving instructions about what to expect afterward. The homeowner said the noises gradually stopped and praised him for not selling additional services. His offer to return if needed was part of that account. There was also a complaint about a call that did not lead to a visit. In August 2022, a reviewer said they heard an animal in their daughter's ceiling and called D-Line, but were told it was wildlife and to contact animal control. They were disappointed that the company would not come out to inspect it. Other customers described help identifying insects. In February 2022, a reviewer said Jeff examined the rooms, found the cause of their pest problem and set up a plan; they reported seeing results afterward. A November 2021 reviewer said he found carpet bugs within minutes after another company's inspection had found no insects.
