They showed up and sprayed without notice for an “Event Spray”. I was told on Friday I would get a text and email on Sunday night letting us know when they would arrive. I received no notification. I assumed because of the rain they had postponed for a day to let things dry out. On Monday I received an email at 6pm they had completed the job. I viewed the clips on my cameras to see the tech walking through the yard when I had run out for errands. My windows weren’t closed yet, my herb garden wasn’t covered, I had things outside I didn’t want sprayed. The tech sprayed areas that were not discussed and spent less than five minutes in the backyard area I did want treated. Had I known they were coming I would have been there to prep the house/yard and to discuss the areas to be sprayed.

We’ve used Mosquito Joe for several seasons and we’ve enjoyed their service and quality of work. They’re responsive, easy to work with and their product seems to work well for our yard. Haven’t had issues with ticks or many mosquitos in our yard since using them.
As always the benefits from Mosquito Joe are welcome we have enjoyed our time outside this year.
