We've used Assured for multiple projects at this point including replacement of hot water heater to indirect, replacement of cast iron piping, help with our heating system, and upgrades to the overall house. Each time they are quick, clean, and friendly. We won't work with anyone else because these guys are just the best. I cannot recommend them enough!
On our latest episode of homeownership, our water heater broke. Like our previous episode, we made 2 calls, 1 to a company recommended by someone, and to Assured Service.
Company 1: We called and left a voicemail message. But they followed up via text. Asking for pictures of the issues, and pausing to provide a estimate.
Assured Service: Answered the call and let us know they'd stop by to check it out. 2 hours later our water heater was replaced. 5 starts for service, customer support, cost.
Company 1's estimate came in an hour after Assured Service was done.
We will no longer make two calls and simply call Assured Service Inc. every time.
