In February 2026 a buyer who inherited a roof the company had installed a year earlier said their calls went unanswered after a leak, and in September 2023 a neighbour of a job site described the crew shouting from 7am and getting louder when asked to stop. One further matter a homeowner should weigh: Violation Tracker publishes a $9,240 penalty against the company from 2015 for a workplace safety or health violation. If your insulation or window work is coming through Mass Save or CAPIC, this is a crew people have been glad to be assigned. If you are hiring them directly for a roof, write the cleanup into the contract, agree who comes back and how fast, and ask what happens if the roof leaks a year on.
