The company describes itself on its own site as an inground pool service company based in Cranston, Rhode Island, handling maintenance, openings, closings and equipment service across RI and the southern part of Seekonk, Massachusetts. It says it was started in 2004 by Bryan and is co-owned and operated by Bryan and Weston. On Google it holds 4.6 stars from 54 ratings. A 2026 customer said Atlantis had cared for their 93 year old mother's pool for several years. In a 2025 review, a customer said their pump stopped working due to a storm on a holiday while they were hosting a party, and Atlantis responded immediately and got them up and running. A 2024 customer said that when their pump stopped working, the owner responded on a Friday night, a tech came on Saturday morning and the issue was fixed by Monday. A 2024 customer described weekly visits from the April opening to the October closing to test the water, vacuum, brush and add chemicals if needed, and said a minor plumbing issue was fixed the next day. In a 2023 review, a customer said Bryan found a high phosphate level in a pool that had been open all winter, treated it and provided a follow-up.
