Hendricks Pools Inc

Hendricks Pools Inc describes itself on its website as a family-owned gunite in-ground pool and spa construction, remodeling and maintenance company based in Seekonk, Massachusetts, serving southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 1970. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 115197, is active on the state registry. A 2022 customer said Hendricks installed their gunite pool in early 2019 and had provided winterizing and summerizing services since then, along with minor repairs to the autofill plumbing and a bad bleed valve. That 2022 customer said the work was done promptly and at the times and dates promised. A 2025 customer described a pool project that turned into a year-long saga of missed deadlines, shoddy workmanship and communication breakdowns. In a 2025 review, a customer said the business refused to answer any inquiries or calls. A 2023 customer whose family had used the pool service for many years said the company had become very difficult to get in touch with. A 2022 customer said the hot tub of their new pool was delivering cool water through the jets a couple of months after installation, and that they had not been able to get Tom Hendricks on the phone. A 2016 BuildZoom reviewer said they spent over 75K, that the job was never finished, and that they had service issues with the automatic fill, UV and leaks.
