I had a pleasant experience working with Nazar on the minor issues that usually come up with a new construction house. I specifically want to mention Liu from his team who has been highly responsive to our questions and concerns, including those related to the deck, window alignment, and HVAC/ventilation. He maintains detailed records for each issue and consistently follows through until everything is fully resolved. He is professional, easy to-talk-to, and ensures that matters are handled efficiently and to completion.

I’ve known the operations manager for years and have seen firsthand the incredible custom homes he and his team create—I’ve toured many of them, and they’re truly impressive. We chose our home at 21 Fayette Street mainly because of the excellent location, and it has truly been a great decision for our family. I first became familiar with Attitash Home Builders in April 2025, when the house was still under construction. My agent, Anthony, brought me to see the property, and Mr. Nazar personally walked me through the structure, layout, and construction process. He explained everything clearly, which helped me understand the quality of the materials and workmanship. The house was completed and delivered in late 2025. After moving in, we experienced a few minor issues, which is normal for a new home. However, whenever something came up, Nazar was always responsive and arranged his team to help us promptly. One example that stood out was during the colder season. There was an advanced system in the house that kept making noise, and we were concerned that something might be wrong. Since we were not familiar with the equipment, we were afraid to touch it. After I mentioned this together with the heating issue, Nazar responded quickly and arranged for a technician to come the next day. The technician checked everything and adjusted the system properly, which gave us great peace of mind.This really showed how much they care about their customers and how they try to make things easy and worry-free for homeowners. I would also like to especially thank Dimitri. He was extremely helpful not only with paperwork and closing documents, but also with construction-related questions. He was always patient, friendly, and quick to respond, which made the entire process much smoother. My agent Anthony was also professional and reliable. My wife and I are very happy living in this home. When she is happy, our whole family is happy. We truly enjoy our life here. If you are considering a home in this area, I would definitely recommend Avatar Design & Construction.
