A walk-in closet turned into a new bathroom, finished two weeks early for a couple expecting a baby: that 2024 Google review is typical of what customers hire DAL Contractors Inc. for. The Watertown general contractor at 100 Parker St says it has served customers since 2015 and describes its work as residential and light commercial remodeling, additions and home improvement. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #191849, is active. The reviews that name the people tend to name Daniel. A May 2024 reviewer with an 1894 Cambridge triple-decker said DAL completed nine projects there in 2023, including replacing the entire three-story rear deck structure and a full bathroom remodel. An April 2024 reviewer writing for a condo building listed replaced back porches, bathroom remodeling, a basement gym and support railings to aid mobility, called Daniel Lopes the owner, and said there had been no issues over costs. In an August 2025 review, a customer whose first contractor had abandoned them without heat said DAL, together with Central Cooling & Heating, stepped in, and added that Daniel Lopes had recently obtained his Construction Supervisor License. More recent jobs follow the same lines. In June 2026 a customer had a third-floor bathroom and laundry room renovated and molding added around bedroom windows; a March 2026 reviewer had a new detached garage built. Most of the Google reviews arrived in a burst between mid-July and late August 2026, many of them short, similarly worded praise for home renovations, alongside accounts of detached garages, basement conversions, a load-bearing wall removal and an addition with a new main suite.
