Patrick and the entire team at ReModern were fantastic to work with on our recent home renovation, including reimagining our kitchen and entryway, bathrooms, primary bedroom, playroom, and more. They effectively collaborated with our architect and interior designers and seamlessly pivoted when we altered and expanded the scope of the project at multiple points. The work was of the highest quality, and they consistently communicated throughout all stages of the project to ensure we were comfortable and informed. I had a great experience working with ReModern Builders, John Gomes and Sean Sullivan were very professional during all the process of a shed remodeling project.

ReModern was wonderful to work with! Patrick and his team are what we needed for our renovation, but the best thing was that Patrick is communicative and clear in his communication. We asked a lot of of the team in our renovation as we were updating more than just the surface of our home. I wanted to do so with style and intention. Patrick was totally on board and helped us consider the right decisions to make sure all of the interior architecture made sense. He and his team understand proportion and the right materials really well.

We completed a seven month project with Patrick and his team; a large addition that included a new kitchen, mudroom, dining room, reconfigured first floor, and basement office, gym and kid playspace. We had a great experience overall. The process was organized, Pat and Sean (our project manager) were responsive and available to us for questions, and as snags inevitably came up, we felt like we were in good hands as they recommended solutions. We didn’t end up working with a designer and I was very thankful for the working sessions with Pat and Sean to determine some of the design elements that I was unprepared for (e.g. how to handle the transitions between old and new, trim around a large windowseat, design of a large custom built transom window, etc). In addition to their technical skill, they are also all around nice people to work with, as were all the subs we interacted with. A year+ later, we are still so happy with the new space, and have already reached out to Patrick for a phase 2 exterior project that we weren’t able to complete initially.

This is our second time working with Patrick and reModern Builders.
