In a 2026 review, a customer needed a 20-year-old toilet replaced before guests arrived; when the new toilet's base turned out to have been broken during shipping, Jim took it back to the warehouse, picked up a new toilet and was back in an hour to replace the old one. In 2026, a customer who needed the water line connected for a new fridge called the service fast, and another wrote that they did a great job with a cooktop installation at a very fair price. In 2026, after a new fridge was delivered and the existing water and ice line was leaking, they scheduled that customer for the very next day and replaced the line. In a 2026 review, David fixed a leaky tub faucet and cleaned and checked a furnace whose filter was hard to change. In 2025, David replaced the faucet on a pedestal sink, and Marc and Jim replaced a tank and filter for an irrigation system in a separate 2025 job.
