Authorized Appliance

Authorized Appliance (also doing business as Authorized Appliance & Heat and Air) is a North Easton appliance and HVAC repair outfit — its own site says it's served the area since 1978, and it's known locally under the "AA" name too, per a longtime customer. The written record is short: a customer who's used the company since 2006 for a central AC job and two water-tank jobs called the service fast, with someone always available as backup if the regular repairman couldn't make it; another customer, in a 2022 review, said they'd used the company for years and found them professional. On Nextdoor, a neighbor recommended a technician named Roy, giving a phone number that differs from the one listed on the company's own site — worth confirming which number is current. Its own site describes its technicians as licensed and insured. With only a couple of reviews and one neighborhood recommendation to go on, it's worth asking directly about credentials and getting a specific appointment window before booking.
