When a warranty issue came up on a newly built home, project manager Liu personally supervised the repair work and coordinated the trades to fix it. The reviews point to a shop set up for large, complex, multi-trade builds — the kind of project where a project manager stays engaged through the warranty period rather than a quick single-room job. Given the wage-theft settlement, it's worth asking directly how the company handles subcontractor payroll before signing a municipal or larger commercial contract.
