Very expensive for the quality of work. The project took much longer than promised, and shortly after it was completed, parts of my kitchen island started coming apart. There were multiple defects that required follow-up. After final payment, communication became very difficult. Although the work was under warranty, I spent nearly six months texting and calling him. Every time there was another excuse or promise that was never kept. He even blamed my robot vacuum, even though the robot vacuum itself was damaged during the renovation after it was left uncovered. It?s hard to believe a robot vacuum could damage only one side of the island. Another contractor inspected the island and told me it is tilted, and they would not touch it. I?m now left with an expensive granite island that still has unresolved installation issues. I cannot recommend this contractor.

If you value your time and expect quality, do NOT hire Brennan. We hired Brennan for a small bathroom remodel and I figured I'd give the small business owner a chance. After working with Brennan, I have lost all faith in giving the young, new business owner a chance. I would pay double the amount Brennan quoted to not have had to deal with this nightmare of a project. Multiple times I heard excuses of why things were late and delayed, many times he would be "wrapping up a project" somewhere else in the morning to head over for the afternoon and just wouldn"t show up. Have you ever been in jail in your own home? That"s what it was like waiting for Brennan and his crew. What about the quality of the work, it must"ve been good with the terrible organization and admin, right? No, the work performed in our bathroom is atrocious. The more time we spend in there, the more problems we see. The work is shoddy and has no care put into it.
