B.P. Logue is a Chelmsford-area electrical and Generac standby-generator contractor. Its website presents generator installation, maintenance, service, and repair, while BBB lists an A+ grade and the business dates to 1993. Recent Angi customers praised responsive communication, accurate quoting, charger and panel work, and competitive pricing in 2023β2025. The record also includes a 2022 generator-maintenance complaint and undated BBB allegations concerning an unfulfilled maintenance contract and a court judgment, so generator-service terms deserve careful review. Confirm the exact maintenance scope, billing, repair commitments, solar-reconnection charges, and current licensing before booking. One 2024 reviewer also reported difficulty securing the forecast installation time and mud tracked indoors. The company may fit electrical panels, EV chargers, and generator work, but obtain a written estimate and references for the specific job.

Bryan was very responsive and proactive with communication. He was able to quote accurately just based on pictures and without a site visit. Ramon did an excellent job installing the electrical line and charger within my garage according to my request. The only miss was setting the dip switches, which Bryan confirmed for me afterwards. Will work them again when needed!
They were a great team from their leader Bryan Logue who was present and responsive, to their sales guy who quickly came out and assessed the (somewhat difficult multi unit city condo with charger in carport) situation fast and well, communicating with me and educating me the process (who has ever had an EV charger installed before?), to their guys who did the job in one day on the day I requested efficiently and with good communication. I can recommend this team.
The salesperson was very responsive. It was tricky to get a time for install close to when he forecasted. Installers were good, only issue was a lot of mud tracked in house. We have solar and learned there's an additional $500 cost to reattach solar after generator install. Would have been nice to know at beginning of process versus end.
We hired Bryan and team to upgrade our electrical panel. Not only was Bryan able to order the parts and get them within two weeks (while other companies were dealing with long lead times), but he also gave us the best price by far. The team that came out was efficient and friendly - definitely recommend!
I would like to let you know that I am dissatisfied with your recent service. You guys came to do generator maintenance work at my home yesterday. First, let me address the bill issue. I expected a regular bill of $240 range when I scheduled this regular maintenance service. The technician threw me a bill of $369 after the work without any prior discussion of whether I am fine or not with that. It had to be discussed with me before throwing me this unexpected bill higher than usual. Secondly, there was a thermostat failure happened during his work. It lost power connection and got shut down. It was working all fine until he appeared. Not sure, if he accidentally cut some connection between generator and main panel, which feed thermostat the power. I found it immediately after he left and I called immediately at your number 978 251 4433 so that the technician could come back and see it. The service representative on phone said to me that she would connect with the technician and let me know. She did not get back to me till the end of the day yesterday. Now, when I called back today, I heard that you guys are not coming back to see it at all. I understand that this might or might not be related to generator. However, it happened exactly during his work. He had to come back and see it. This is completely frustrating, lack of professionalism and poor communication from your side.
