His inspection was extremely thorough, he took his time going through the house. He explained everything to me during the process which I really appreciated as a young female first time home buyer and he made sure not to miss anything while walking through. His inspection report was back within a few hours after the inspection and the radon test results were given to me right on time. Brandon is EXTREMELY thorough, honest, and professional. I hired him about a month ago to inspect a prospective condo and despite a scheduling mix-up with the owner on my part, Brandon was extremely patient and understanding. Going through the unit, and as a first-time homebuyer, Brandon made sure to carefully explain and even educate me on everything he was looking for and noticing. He was patient with my endless questions and even showed me how to replace the heating unit filter. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind, and to ensure I got the most honest and thorough inspection. I even raved to my agent and told her to put Brandon at the very top of her list of recommended inspectors. After the inspection, it took Brandon all of a couple hours to send me the report, which was outlined and even color-coded beautifully.
