Excellent service! Chris was thorough, going through the entire house, outside and in, including garage, cellar, attic, decks. He walked me through his principal findings and provided me within a couple of hours with a report that detailed all his findings, highlighting those requiring the most immediate attention due to safety, structural, and other risks. Very professional and highly competent. I can’t imagine forgoing a building inspection before making such an important decision as whether to buy a home.

Excellent home inspection with Chris. Good communicator, professional, easy to work with. Part of the duty of the home inspector is to get all the details, but you also need someone who can help you to interpret the details and see the bigger picture.
