We had a great experience with our home inspection! Dan was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything he found. He explained things clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how detailed the inspection was and how quickly we received the report. As first-time homebuyers, having someone so professional and thorough made the process feel much less overwhelming. We would definitely recommend Dan to anyone looking for a reliable and professional home inspector!
Buying a house is terrifying. As first time homebuyers in this market we have learned a lot and been through a lot. Part of this process is home inspection. We were recommended Dan Francese. I called him hoping to get a quick appointment because of our circumstances. He was able to get us in right away, which was great. My husband went to the inspection and couldn’t say enough about how efficient and thorough Dan was while they went through the house together. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my husband’s questions. We received our report less than 24hrs hours later- we were very happy with the detail and explanations, highlighting what should be done immediately and things that could be done over time. A week or so after he did the inspection, I had some concerns regarding asbestos in the home. He took the time to explain the dangers of asbestos and his professional opinion as well as his own life experiences concerning it. He was very knowledgeable and kind. After our conversation and my concerns handled, he went above and beyond messaging me contact information for someone reputable to help us. If anyone needs an experienced, kind, thorough, efficient home inspector Dan is your guy! He was a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend him!!👍🏼👍🏼
Dan completed a home inspection for us on a property we are purchasing, and we were extremely happy with the service he provided. We are purchasing the home from out of state due to COVID, and he made us feel completely comfortable as our "eyes and ears" since we couldn't attend the inspection in person. He communicated regularly with us before, during, and after the inspection about all of our options, pricing, etc. and the report he provided was very detailed and included helpful photos, descriptions and recommendations.
