Bailey Plumbing & Heating

Bailey Plumbing & Heating is headquartered in Pelham, NH with a Haverhill, MA address, and BuildZoom counts a real body of work behind it: 49 permitted projects spanning plumbing, gas-fitting and mechanical jobs. That volume gives it a BuildZoom score of 96, around the 80th percentile of Massachusetts contractors — though the review side is thin. The one customer review on file dates back to 2014, when a customer rated the company five stars; there's nothing more recent to weigh. Licensing is worth a closer look before hiring. BuildZoom lists two Massachusetts plumbing licenses — #5239 and #3291 — as active, but marks both 'Not Verified,' and the second shows an expiration date of May 2016 despite being listed active. Separately, two City of Newton municipal licenses — a Heater Contractor and a Plumbing Contractor registration, both #20696 — are listed inactive and described as having been cancelled at one point. Given the permit volume, this looks like a company that has done real plumbing and heating work over the years, but the licensing details and the age of its only review mean it's worth confirming current registration directly before booking a job.
