In October 2026 a customer with an open house coming up called Banner Water on a realtor's recommendation, and Shane installed an arsenic filter quickly. Banner Water describes itself as a family-owned company in Tolland, Connecticut, and its work is well pumps, well wiring and water treatment. Its Connecticut plumbing licence, PLM.0281776-J1, is active on the state registry with Sean R Banning as the holder, and the company's home improvement registration, HIC.0619620, is also active. In June 2025 a customer who woke to no water pressure called before 7am and left a message on the emergency line; Josh and Marshall came over right away, found that the 34-year-old submersible pump at the bottom of the 200-foot well was shot, and installed a new US-made pump they had on the truck. Later that June another customer got a quote to replace the pump and wiring, and Josh, after pulling the pump, said it was fine and located a broken wire instead. In August 2026 Banner Water came out within a few hours on a Saturday and changed one customer's system from a jet pump to a submersible well pump; that customer credited Mikey and Eddie. A March 2026 reviewer, a first-time customer, wrote of going 11 days without water and said they didn't rest until the water was running again. In a May 2026 r/Connecticut post, a commenter said Banner Water replaced their well pump and the electric to it for $5,800 total. In November 2025 Michael installed a new water softener for a customer who wrote that everything was to code with no shortcuts, and better plumbing than the softener another company had put in. In a December 2023 review, a customer said Sean, the owner, beat competitors' prices on an iron mitigation system, and technicians Mikey and Hunter installed it within a few hours. In April 2026 a one-star reviewer wrote that Banner Water doesn't ensure its products last and uses practices it knows are not sustainable for homes. In a May 2024 review, a customer without water was quoted a $1,500 repair after a 60-second look by the technician and fixed it the next day for $35 and change. In February 2024 a customer rescheduled a water-conditioner service, but Banner Water came on the original date while they were out, completed it and left a bill. In a March 2023 review, a customer said Banner Water had to come out multiple times to fix leaking pipes after installing a water filtering system, and that after a pipe burst no one had shown up by 2pm the next day. An August 2023 reviewer said the water lines on a system installed in 2019 were beyond sloppy. In December 2022 a customer said a worker unplugged a freezer during a water-tank repair and never plugged it back in, and $300 worth of meat went bad.

I reached out to Banner Water after it was commended by my realtor and they were fantastic. No one was able to accommodate me in such a short amount of time before an open house and we are so grateful. Shane came and installed our arsenic filter quickly and was so personable!! We appreciate you guys and will always use you moving forward!! Thank you
Extremely fair price, fast response, very communicative, very clean and courteous work! Highly highly highly recommend!
Banner water came out within a few hours (on a Saturday) and diagnosed what was going on. They changed over my system from a jet pump to submersible well pump. Mikey and Eddie did a wonderful job, they explained everything they were doing and the whole process of it. They are extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Banner Water runs as a "pre covid" business..they still care about the customer which is rare these days!
Very knowledgeable and genuine people. Took their time to explain and look at the issue. Extremely helpful, would 100% recommend!!!
Banner Water is truly an outstanding company! I had an emergency issue when I was left in the lurch by another water company that could not perform the work although they reassured me they could, and strung me along for about 3 weeks! Desperate, I reached out to Banner late Friday evening and in less than an hour they dispatched a worker to come to my home to review the situation, and immediately made a plan to solve the problem. The dispatched employee reassured me that same Friday evening that I should not worry & that Banner would complete the job. Banner stood by their word and by the following Wednesday (late morning/ early afternoon) the job was completed! I highly recommend Banner not only for their expertise but also for their sensitivity and care for their clients! Thank you Chris, Patrick, Sean, and the entire Banner team! You are all amazing!
