Robert came highly recommended. Our furnace had been out for a few days so it was cold in our house. I called Robert he was here an hr later. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and up front with everything. We would definitely recommend.

Our hot water heater died. I got Rob's name from a local referral. I texted his phone and he asked me to call so we could talk more easily. He came to my home at 3:30pm that day and we had a new hot water heater in place by 7:30pm. Rob was very friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Rob Markowitz of RWM Mechanical Services. We were very comfortable having him in our home and we feel he went above and beyond, even skipping dinner, to make sure we had hot water asap.

Rob was very friendly, informative, very reasonably priced, and very professional when replacing my HVAC system. He was punctual and showed up on the agreed date. I had questions before he started and he was very patient in explaining everything. I would highly recommend RWM Mechanical for all you HVAC needs.

I highly recommend RWM Mechanical Services who did work on my oil tank, hot water heater, and furnace. Rob was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative. He took the time to explain everything, much more in depth than the other companies I'd gotten quotes from for oil tank removal/installation. He went through all the proper channels to ensure removal and installation went seamlessly and wouldn't cause any permit or other problems down the line. Lastly, Rob was able to quickly remedy and problem solve issues which my oil company could not (but stated they could).
