Northern Well and Water

Excellent knowledge, ability & service!

I can't say enough good things about Austin and the service he provided. He came out to my house right away, quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad pressure tank and air getting into my well lines, and even performed a water test to help identify the issue. A few days later, Austin returned to replace the tank. He had to locate my well, which was buried underneath my patio, and dig down about 4 feet to find the source of the problem. After assessing everything, he recommended replacing the well pump since it was nearly 25 years old and likely nearing the end of its life. Austin was thorough, knowledgeable, and didn't cut any corners. He explained everything along the way, completed the repairs correctly, and put everything back together when the work was done. A few days later he followed up letting me know that the new water sample had been fixed and it was safe to drink again. I would 100% recommend Austin to anyone needing well or water system repairs. My well water pump went out on me after upgrading our electric box. I was referred to Austin at Northern Well and Water and I am glad I was. He came over the next day, assessed the issue, upgraded my system, and it has been running great since! Will definitely be calling Austin with any future services needed.
