Jerrod (sp?) was great. He showed his caring & high expertise by explaining why fixing my "Through-the-wall" stand-alone A/C unit would not be cost effective for me, because these types of units cannot easily be recharged. He also explained the importance of HVAC maintenance & recorded my 2 Fujitsu heads & compressor for future service. I will definitely call Bartol again when I need cooling or heating service.
I’ll be calling Bartol again when needed. Professional and on time. Our ice machine quit working and I called Bartol for rescue. The tech diagnosed the problem, had to order parts and showed up again to install them. Not an easy job but they did it. I highly recommend Bartol for their services.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough for their outstanding customer service. I had an emergency situation where my heater stopped working during a recent cold snap. I had the good fortune of making contact with Joe, the service manager, who returned my call within minutes. Joe immediately took charge of the situation, arrived at our place soon after, and was able to resolve the problem. He is an experienced professional and offered helpful advice on how to avoid this situation in the future. Service was prompt, efficient and professional. Bartol has come through for us several times over the years and their response time, skill and customer service (including the office staff) has always been excellent. Their workers seem to have longevity, which says something about the company. Much appreciated.
Jeff and Shawn came in, resolved our A/C issue, installed a new thermostat all in the same day. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
