Basement Finishing By KAKS

We had our basement refinished last year. It came out fantastic! Steve was so quick to come out and give us an estimate and it was so easy working with him. Highly recommend.

Steve and team did an unbelievable job finishing our basement. Our basement is older and an interesting size so I wasn’t sure how it would come out but could not be more happy with the way it did. Steve was patient and answered my tons of questions and was easy to work with. His whole team was talented and great to work with as well. Steve only uses the best materials for basements and I would highly recommend him and his team.

We've just completed the process of working with KAKS for the finishing of the basement of our house. I cannot say enough good things about working with Steve and every member of the KAKS team. After interviewing many contractors for the project, we decided to go with KAKS because Steve immediately seemed familiar with the many potential pitfalls of our particular basement situation. He was one of the most expensive quotes we received, but was worth every penny. I cannot believe how nice our basement turned out. He was excellent about communication from the beginning to the end. All of the tradespeople who worked for him were clean, professional, and kind. Steve is a great contractor and a great guy. Would give 6 stars if I could.
