That customer said David, the owner, had them bring the TV in on a Wednesday, and they picked it up repaired the next day; they added that it "wasn't terribly expensive." A 2024 customer wrote that a Samsung TV fix was completed in a day. A 2024 customer said Dave spent several hours and two trips trying to troubleshoot a washer/dryer combo unit more than 20 years old, before they agreed the motor was shot and it was time for a new unit. A 2022 customer said their washer was fixed the same day for a fair price. A 2023 customer said Dave responded to their repair inquiry quickly and their dryer was back in service. A 2024 customer said the rate for a service call was significantly less than others in the local area.

Spoke to Dave who was very helpful even before charging me anything. Also their rate for a service call is significantly less than others in the local area. If I can't fix it Dave you will be the one I reach out to.

Dave was great. He went above and beyond to try and fix my ancient washer/dryer combo unit that is 20+ years old. Ultimately, the motor was shot so its not worth it to fix but he spent several hours and 2 trips here to try and troubleshoot before we agreed that it was time for a new unit. I will 100% be calling Dave in the future and will recommend his services to anyone that has appliance issues. Thanks Dave!

Has to have a Samsung TV repaired. David was easy to work with and was true to his word. The fix was completed in a day! And it's perfect! I highly recommend Bay State Electronic Repair!

Last week, the image on our 13 month old Samsung TV froze and then went blank. After spending thousands on three Samsung TVs over the last three years, we were told by Samsung that they would not stand behind the product (separate complaint). But, they did provide us with the name of Bay State Electronics for repairs. So I called there and David, the owner, was very nice and helpful. He had me bring him the device on Wednesday, and the next day I picked it up, repaired! It wasn't terribly expensive and it functions! He was true to his word, easy to deal with, and friendly. I would highly recommend Bay State Electronics if you need a repair.
