Sadly, I have to say that I cannot recommend Bay State Home Services. When they were installing my roof, I noticed that the gutter guards were missed going from the original paperwork to the official one. I texted them and they remembered agreeing to the gutters and said that they would do them. Nearly 3 months and over 13 calls later, they've just stopped picking up the phone or responding to any texts.

I hired this company to do my roof. It seemed like a reputable company until it was time to actually finish the job. Frank (the owner) has yet to return mine or my lawyer calls. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone! He's all about the money and not the customer. He's a sweet talker but don't be fooled!!! They did my roof in September here it is February and still no return calls.

I hired Baystate to do my roof ,gutters,and facia board. Everything started out pretty good. Frank, the owner seemed like a good guy. Once the job started u mostly had to deal with the foreman on the job , and there was a little communication barrier. All of my soffits needed to be vented correctly because my roof wasn't venting properly. He had told me that the soffits had holes drilled already,but I didn't believe him so I climbed up on the roof and sure enough they weren't. His response was "that's alot of work" My rear gutters are also not shedding water properly, my kitchen window can't be opened because my gutters is to low and in the way. I told Frank all this in January of this year about 3 to 4 weeks after completing the job. It is 7 months later and Baystate hasn't been back to fix the problems.I've called and texted Frank many times. When he wasn't ducking from my calls he told me about 4 times he was coming to fix the problems. He never showed or called me once. Every time I called back and got him, he said he was busy. So my advice to you is stay away from Baystate.

Sounds reputable - looks reputable but never delivered! Gave a deposit on November 20, 2015 for a project to start on Dec. 1. NEVER SHOWED UP! Returned one email saying they were busy......really? Because now its almost Christmas. They refuse to return my deposit so I can schedule another roofer.

I had Bay State Exteriors roof my house in July 2015. They did a great job at a competitive price save for some minor gutter damage. Of course you never know for sure until it rains or snows. The first hard, wind-driven rain we received there was a small leak at the base of a skylight. I called Frank Gaudiello and he addressed the issue promptly.
