Bay State Kitchen Gallery has been incredible for our new kitchen and bathroom projects! We are absolutely thrilled with their work, and even though our project is still in progress, I couldn't wait to share how wonderful our experience has been! Everyone we have worked with at Bay State is highly experienced and genuinely cares about their customers. We are especially grateful for our designer, Clara, who designed our kitchen beautifully and professionally, patiently answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire project. Marcio from the installation team has also been fantastic—he pays incredible attention to detail and took the time to walk us through different installation options (like for the top molding) to ensure everything was done exactly the way we wanted. He has also been incredibly accommodating in making adjustments for our precise appliance and countertop specification needs. I am so grateful to have Bay State handling our home projects, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring team!

After a bad experience with another cabinet company, Baystate was a breath of fresh air. They were transparent with their pricing, great at communication. Double checked every dimension during the design, prior to ordering, and before installation. The assisted with the cabinet delivery, ensuring all the right pieces arrived and there were no damages. We encountered a number of problems along the way (such as garage foundation issues that were unknown at the start of the project), and the team was professional in how they handled it, with minimal disruption and added cost to our overall schedule.
