First of all, I would have given zero stars but one is the lowest. I hired Outdoor Personia to install a cupola on my garage roof. I sent a photo of the cupola as requested. I was told the photos have been assessed and was good to go. I paid them $320, which was 1/2 of the installation cost. The contractor that they sent out cut up my base so it was not able to be used. I was notified by Melody and told that I would need to purchase a new base for $90 and may have to pay for a crane to get it on the roof. I told her I was a little confused about needing a crane because the contractor that was installing it, had it on the roof but then removed it. She later replied that I would not need the crane but now the base suddenly increased in price from $90 to $300. Long story short, they butchered my base then tried to get me to purchase a new base and pay for a crane that was absolutely not needed. Absolutely the worst company i have ever done business with. I will be pursuing legal action.
They did a great job on my greenhouse/shed building.
Ordered a custom lamp post at the start of May 2022 and put down a large 1/2 payment. Promised to be delivered and installed in 4 to 6 weeks. 10 weeks later and out of pocket nearly $1,000 still no lamp, but lots of explanations--or is that excuses? Filed a complaint with Mass Dept of Consumer Affairs. Wish I had just gone to Home Depot.

We are the talk of the neighborhood with our gigantic pergola. Specifically designed to our specifications. The material used is high quality. It fits perfect in our yard and looks like it has been there for years. I highly recommend using Baystate outdoor Personia for what ever outdoor structure you have in mind.
We were so happy with the work done by this company. From Bob at the office to delivery and installation by Jonas and Rudy everything went so smooth. They were on time,honest and did a great job. Would hire again!
