A recent customer with a time constraint says Ken came in the following day at 7:00 am and removed a large tree stump within 30 minutes, keeping a new fence on track to be installed, and praises the service and fair pricing. Another recent customer says Ken did an irrigation system for them and communicated everything, from when he was going to be at the house to how the job was going; when they had an issue with a few of the heads after the job was completed, he got right back to them and fixed the issues. A third recent reviewer says Ken completed site work with precision and had great communication throughout the project. In a 2024 review, a customer said they asked Ken for leveling where parts of the yard pooled with heavy rain, rocks and edging under their new deck and along the back side of the house, and hydroseeding of the newly leveled yard, and that Ken was meticulous with his work. In a 2023 review, a customer said they hired Ken to remove over 15 stumps and more than 3 extremely gigantic rocks, along with grading and leveling on an intensely sloped hill. That 2023 customer said that when weeds grew over the work Ken had first estimated, he took on the additional work, brought the rocks, stumps and debris to the back of the property line, and completed the job in two days.
