Price is the other thing that comes up over and over — several reviewers call the rates affordable, one in June 2026 said it was the best estimate they were quoted, and a December 2025 customer had a single-car garage demolished for what they called a fair price. Where it goes sideways is the office. A customer in August 2026 warned about being charged for lunch breaks, calling the movers themselves hardworking and professional in the same breath and saying the dispatcher and owner, Brady, was the opposite. In January 2026 another said a manager, Nathaniel, raised the price three times, saying each increase came directly from the CEO. And in September 2026 a reviewer who asked for a 10am start said they got pushback, then the movers arrived at 9:30am. For a local move where the hard part is the stairs, the porch or the sheer volume — or for a clear-out or a small demolition — these crews have done that work, and customers keep saying the price was right. Before you book, get the hourly rate and the estimate in writing, ask what counts as billable time, and settle the arrival window with the office rather than with the crew.
