The praise is unusually consistent about one thing: the crews turn up early and get the awkward stuff out without drama. The company's own listings don't agree on its size — Thumbtack advertises 20 employees while the BBB file records a single-employee LLC — so ask how many people are actually coming for your job. And the review history is genuinely young: the BBB only opened a file on the business in January 2026, and there is no long tail of older jobs to look at. On the credentials side, the BBB grades it A+ though the business is not BBB accredited, and Thumbtack lists a completed background check on the owner from November 2025. Good call for a straightforward local move, especially a tricky-access one, or for a clean-out where the same crew can haul the leftovers. Confirm crew size, the total including the flat fee, and insurance coverage for your belongings when you book.
