When a newly installed faucet proved defective, an April 2026 Hendriks Plumbing customer said the worker came back an hour later to install another one. The same customer described quick installation of an outdoor spigot and faucet. Hendriks says it is a locally owned, family-operated business established in 2023, serving Worcester and Central Massachusetts, including Grafton and Holden. Ryder is named in customers' accounts of leak repairs, clogged pipes, fixture work, and water-heater replacement. Separately, a customer with a toilet clog said Ryder responded in person within a couple of hours. Older customers describe water-heater work and more involved troubleshooting.
