Bel Islands Home Improvement, LLC

In a review from late 2024, one customer said Andrei visited their home about a decade earlier after a storm blew shingles off, took a look, and told them plainly they didn't need a new roof — just a repair. Ten years later, in that same review, he came back to do the full replacement when it was actually due. That kind of honesty repeats across Bel Islands Home Improvement's history: this Marstons Mills, Cape Cod company says it has over 20 years of experience in roofing and siding, and now also handles remodeling, decks, windows, doors, and commercial jobs up to 30,000 square feet. Google shows a 5-star average from 284 ratings, and Reddit's r/CapeCod carried the same word of mouth in 2024 — a bay window installed same-day, an 1,800-square-foot home finished in a single day. Reviewers describe a wide range of work done well: a 2023 review describes a full addition built from the shell up, including framing; cedar shake siding with new flashing and trim finished in 12 hours; a kitchen where three separate craftsmen — a designer, a cabinet installer, and a countertop templater — coordinated through Andrei's crew for what one owner calls the most beautiful kitchen they've had. Several reviewers describe hiring the crew a second or third time for different projects, and a mid-2025 review from the owner of a 72-year-old ranch home with walls that were never quite plumb said the crew stuck with a tricky window installation until it was done right. For anything from a straightforward roof repair to a full addition or kitchen remodel, Bel Islands has the specific track record to back it up. One review names the company slightly differently — 'Bel Islands Home Construction' rather than 'Bel Islands Home Improvement' — worth noting if you're confirming you have the right listing, though the work described is unmistakably the same crew and owner.
