Nickerson and family as the operators. In a July 2024 Google review, a customer said weekly dumpster pickups were timely and that requests for earlier emptying were handled that day or the next morning. A May 2025 customer praised prompt returned calls and courteous drivers. In July 2022, another reviewer praised the help they received from the initial call through removal of their filled container, with a special mention of Caitlyn. A November 2023 customer described a different experience: a missed pickup followed by a harsh response from the service representative, who the customer said insinuated they were lying. The reviewer reported canceling service by email and receiving another rude reply. Google lists a 4.3-star average from 12 ratings. The company’s website says it has provided service for almost 50 years. BBB lists a January 1991 business start date, names Pam Nickerson as owner and gives the business a Not Rated designation because of insufficient information. It is not BBB accredited.
