In October of 2023 we moved into a home completed by Ben Chandler and his team led by Eric Taylor in Hollis NH. We were living in Minnesota during the project and made numerous trips during the construction process to address material selections, electrical layouts and numerous other decisions. Building long distance is more difficult and the key to a great outcome is having an impeccably honest, candid, knowledgeable and imaginative builder. Ben is all of these. Every option is explained both in terms of costs and benefits. Most importantly there were no “surprise” up charges as allowances were fully disclosed in detail. Our house came in on budget. The punch list follow up was good as well. Ben does not cut corners so lower bids can be found though, finding a lower cost than Ben, for what you actually have built, is far less likely. Ben is a skillful designer but, just as important an exceptional listener who will implement your vision. Ben’ construction superintendent and coordinator, Eric Taylor is PASSIONATE about delivering the highest quality workmanship. He is a wealth of knowledge for anyone building a house and another reason you want to build with Ben. Bottom line, I would build with Ben and Eric again. A no brainer.

Ben and his team were amazing through the entire process of building our dream home. Ben is creative, responsive, and always solution oriented when a problem arises - which they do when building a house! You can see my cat agrees, too!
