Getting a home ready for the next Airbnb guest is a job Berkshire Custom Cleaning's customers describe relying on the team to handle. A host writing on Google in May 2026 praises Jennifer and her staff for being responsive and available for those turnovers, saying they treat his home like their own. The company says it offers regular house cleaning, commercial cleaning and eco-friendly options for homeowners and Airbnb hosts. It also offers free estimates and says it has been in business for 20 years. Renovation cleanup has brought customers to the company too. In a February 2026 review, a customer said Jen and her staff cleaned two houses after complete renovations, removing construction debris and dust and leaving the interiors spotless. That customer described the cleaners as detailed and quick. For recurring visits, a homeowner writing in February 2025 said the team cleaned his house every week and praised their work and care. An October 2025 customer described a short turnaround: they received a quote on Friday and said the job was completed by Sunday. They praised both the price and the work, and said they intended to hire the company again. In November 2025, another homeowner praised cleaning throughout the house, including spots they had not expected anyone to notice, and said the cleaners were gentle with their dog. Google displays a 4.9-star average from 38 ratings.
