A May reviewer described Tony deep-cleaning and checking two split-system units and the outdoor condenser; that customer also appreciated receiving an arrival call and the technician's name and photo. Google lists a 4.8-star average from nine ratings. Pricing drew a different response from another May 2026 customer. They praised the service and liked their units, but felt the purchase had been overpriced and said the full maintenance requirements had not been explained to them.
