A 2021 customer said Dave came out the same night he called, and described him as knowledgeable about their central air unit and affordable. A 2021 reviewer said they would be hiring Dave again after another company put them off twice. A 2021 customer wrote that they booked multiple appointments and the company never showed up or called to cancel.
Dave installed in my house 4 heat pumps. Everything seemed to be working fine. A few months after, I had a big puddle of water in my living room. When I contacted him about the issue I am experiencing he completely ignored any of my text messages and when I called him from a different phone and he picked up, he hanged up on my face once he realized who I was. I do not suggest anyone to work with him, as he is not reliable!
Booked multiple appointments and they never showed up or called to cancel. Won't return calls or answer the phone calls now. Will waste your time.
Dave is great all around, very professional, definitely will be hiring him again, , highly qualified and highly recommended. I called another company, they put me off twice, definitely will be using this company again.
Dave came out the same night he called. Very knowledgeable about my central air unit. Very affordable. Super friendly. Would recommend to anyone!
