The work people describe is small-to-mid residential: kitchen and bathroom remodels, tile and backsplash, decks, stairs, trim and flooring installation, with a stated typical job cost of $5,000 to $100,000. Customers who wrote in 2018 and 2019 were consistently positive about responsiveness and tidiness. In an April 2018 review a homeowner described asking for a kitchen backsplash, getting an immediate reply from Anthony and having his brother Joe do the installation the next day, calling the work meticulous and neat. In a May 2018 review another described a deck rebuilt and brought up to code at fair pricing with the site left impeccable, and in a January 2018 review a homeowner credited Anthony with design suggestions that improved the project. The one complaint on file cuts against exactly that strength. A homeowner writing in 2018 said the grouting in a new bathroom remodel started breaking up, that Anthony agreed to come back and replace it, and that afterwards emails, voicemails and a posted letter all went unanswered. That is the single most important thing to know before calling: ask for references from the last year or two, not from the reviews you can read online. Credentials also need checking. Ask for the current Home Improvement Contractor registration and construction supervisor licence numbers directly and confirm them with the Commonwealth, and if callbacks and warranty work matter to you, get the remedy terms written into the contract.
