Brian is awesome! I first called in August to schedule a time for our bi-annual spraying. He was working in the area and scheduled us in for the same day. He is very knowledgeable; his pricing is fair and keeps the bugs and mice out of your house. The issue resolved in 24 hours. I highly recommend Best Defense Pest Control, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a really bad carpenter ant problem, and called this company for advice. Brian (who I think is the owner) was really helpful. He came out to take a look, and sprayed around to eliminate the problem for us. A really nice guy who seems to know his stuff. I would definitely use this company again.

We have been very happy with Brian and the services he has provided. He is very informative and is passionate about what he does. We purchased a home in Marlborough that has cedar siding, there was an issue with carpenter bees and ants. The first treatment was in May, and there was no sign of the bees or ants all summer, just had my second treatment for the next round of bugs in the fall. Im happy to have found Brian and Best Defense Pest Control!!

Brian was very friendly, prompt and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. He even scheduled a check up a couple weeks later to make sure the issue was taken care of. We would absolutely recommend them and will certainly use again should another issue arise!

Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Best Defense Pest Control. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
