Very professional! Timely staff. Workers are incredibly courteous. They have gotten rid of all the unwanted critters around our house, from the carpenter ants to the carpenter bees. All the chalets of an 1800's house.

Integrity Pest Control has been great to work with. Their team is responsive, communicates clearly, and does very thorough work. They have provided honest pricing and fair recommendations for our portfolio of properties. Highly recommended!

This place calls itself Integrity, but does not allow you to select times for them to come to your house. I told the mother that service between 9a.m. and noon would be fine for a future service date after they insisted on coming to my house on a day I told them that I would not be home. The person they sent rang my Ring doorbell multiple times on that day, so they did not tell him and I don't have proof of service. They texted me a follow up service call for a time that I did not agree to. It has been like this the entire time that I have used them. The "Mom" just yelled at me and said that our relationship was not going to work out because they were insisting to send service at a time that did not work for me. She raised her voice. Very unprofessional and not much "Integrity" with this company. Brian is great and very smart, but if I could give them zero stars for their attitude and how they treat their customers, I would. Do not use them. Zero Integrity and zero flexibility. And I have proof of text messages with the scheduler and never agreed to the day or time that they on a whim texted me to confirm while I was at work and not expecting a day and time that I said did not work for me.

We had a wonderful experience with Integrity Pest Control. I, initially called and spoke to Adam who was more than willing to talk to me about our issue with a non-visible yellowjacket nest in the siding of our home. We discussed the issue and I was given a quote right over the phone. They came out the very next day to spray the nest and even got there earlier than the estimated time after calling to make sure that would be ok. Austin was the tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and even interacted very kindly with my daughter who was trying to show him all of her toys while he was talking to me. Austin gave me information on other services they offer, but was in no way pushy. It was good to know all of the other services they offer so we can use them in the future. I received the invoice emailed to me after he left and the price was exactly as described over the phone when I was given the initial quote. No hidden fees or extra charges. Very reasonable priced. We were told it would be a few days before we saw final results but within 24 hours, the yellowjackets were gone. Very happy we went with this small, local company over a large pest control company! Incredible service from beginning to end. We will absolutely be returning customers (hopefully not too soon!).

Brian was here and did a thorough job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain all his procedures and traps. What a wonderful face he is for your company.
