A 2025 customer said Karl had handled their oil for the past few years, from normal deliveries to an emergency to a call about a weird noise or smell, and that they always got the truck there quickly. A 2022 customer said they placed three orders and got same-day deliveries each time. In a 2022 review, a customer said Karl got them oil after they ran out and, when their boiler broke down, told them what to do and who to call.
