Better Floors Inc.

Better Floors recently completed a complete bathroom remodel for us. We used Porros interiors to help with the design. This was a full demolition down to the studs and included moving walls. Macio and his team did an exceptional job and team were very easy to work with. Their work was impeccable. Jennifer from Porros did an excellent job in getting the design together and selecting materials. We are extremely happy with the end result.

Macio is a pleasure to work with. Always professional and curteous. He and his crew do fantastic work.

Update: I believe quality issues I experienced with this company was due to my contractor hiring this company's employees or pulling from another job and only paying for one location. This may be why the oversight they would normally have was not present. I believe this companies employees were pulled from a job in Petersham to do my house nearby without this business knowing. This companies error was to not believe or care when I informed them. The employees from this company, with this companies equipment, did my tiled my bathroom floor, backsplash in kitchen, and refinished my wood floor. If the company did not get paid to do these jobs, and the attempted fixes to the errors, they should care enough to look into this foolery. Regarding owner response: I have confirmed Better Flooring DID do the flooring and errors,. The owners response is not true. Finished with rotten wood under the refrigerator with no communication regarding the rot. Upon return to remove boot imprints and scratches caused by another contractor, and top coat after floor rot removal, they left the boot imprints and top coated them in. Upon return to fix that they finished it with circular staining from not sanding it properly. They left two black perminent marker marks on the new white quartz countertop while doing the tile back splash. The fourth attempt to fix it left it worse than to start. Laguage barriers was mentioned as a potential reason for these errors. With easy and free translation options, language barrier is not an acceptable excuse. No, we are not all multi lingual, but if that is an issue for this business than they should be addressing it with available resources. So far, time required out of my home is triple what it should have been, and continues, due to Better Floorings errors.

We had a appointment for this morning. No one showed up, and no one called to cancel the appointment. I made this appointment in person, at the store, yesterday. I've left messages, but no response. (I hope that everyone is ok at your business. It seems very odd.)

I highly recommend, the guys was did a great job at my house. The girls at the office serve people with a lot of attention and effort.
